Ruiyuan Technology focuses on digital manufacturing of clothing, with its core advantage being seamless fitting technology. Our main products include seamless fitting thermal underwear, bras, sports bras, and body shaping products.
Unlike underwear that relies on traditional needle and thread stitching, adhesive underwear uses a hot melt adhesive film to bond the fabric under specific temperature and pressure, achieving the effect of "replacing stitching with adhesion". This makes the underwear smoother and more seamless, fitting the curves of the body, avoiding friction and creasing caused by stitching.
Ruiyuan has inherited thirty years of experience in clothing manufacturing, while vigorously introducing digitalization and information technology. We have over 200 advanced production equipment and have customized information management platforms such as UFIDA U8 and MES.
In actual production, we can flexibly choose high or low temperature adhesive film according to the characteristics of the fabric and the requirements of the parts, and by accurately controlling the pressing temperature, time, and pressure, we can ensure the adhesion strength (peel strength) while also considering the elasticity and feel of the fabric, avoiding offset printing or stiffness.

Hyaluronic acid fabric: Incorporating ingredients containing hyaluronic acid water locking molecules into the fabric can moisturize the skin and relieve dryness when worn close to the body.
Stereoscopic flocking process: By using flocking technology, three-dimensional contrasting lines or patterns are formed on the surface of the fabric. This technique is also used in our products to replace traditional steel rings, providing comfortable lifting, breast tightening, and shaping.

The bonding process is sensitive to high temperatures and strong machine washing, as hot water and high-speed spin drying can accelerate the aging of the adhesive film, leading to edge warping or delamination.
Maintenance suggestion: It is best to hand wash with cold water and let it dry naturally in the shade. If using a washing machine, be sure to put it in a laundry bag and select the gentle mode. Additionally, it is recommended to prepare 2-3 pieces for rotation to allow the fabric and adhesive film time to recover their elasticity.
